| Where do we build? We build anywhere in Central Ohio. |
| Do we offer a Turn Key house? Yes, we can build a house that all you have to do is turn the key, or we can leave the lot improvements for you to run. |
| Do we allow work equity? Yes, we allow you to work on most asspects of construction you would like. |
| Are we a member of the BIA? Yes |
| Do you offer a warranty? Yes, as a member of the BIA we offer a limited one year warrenty. |
| Do we draw the plans? Yes, as we help you design the house of your dreams, we do all of the plans in house at no extra cost. |
| Do we do financing? No, however we can put you in touch with seveal lending institutions we have worked with in the past. |
| What do we charge per square foot? This is a tricky question because it is based on the finishes you select. However, with our standard spects the house will run between $70 and $75 per square foot. |
| Do we build in subdivisions? Yes, we can build out on a lot with no city utilities, or in a subdivision with all utilies avaliable. |
| Do we allow you to vary from our specs? Yes, it is your house, we can change any of our specs you wish to. |
| How long does it take to build a house? The design phase of construction can take 2 days or 2 months, depending on the home owner. But once we break ground it should take about 6 months. |
